About Se habla español
Se habla español is a curatorial collective established in NYC comprised of Noelia Lecue Francia, María Alejandra Sáenz García, Andrea Valencia Aranda, and Natalia Viera Salgado, from Spain, Colombia, Mexico, and Puerto Rico respectively. As Spanish speakers and curators, the collective works on artistic and social projects that expand the limits of language, addressing migration, identity, human rights, and memory. Some of our recent events include Breaking and Unveiling the Immigration Glossary of Severalty and Performance As Repair, both held at The 8th Floor. About La Nacional
La Nacional - Spanish Benevolent Society is a 150-year-old not-for-profit association dedicated to supporting the enrichment of the Spanish-American community in New York. Founded in 1868, the Centro Español is the oldest Spanish social institution in the United States.
